Let me tell you a secret…
New puppies are hard work. I mean, REALLY HARD WORK!
Actually, it’s not that big of a secret. Because other people have probably said this to you, and you’ll have nodded in agreement, while silently thinking, “Really? How hard can they actually be?” And now you’re here. Which suggests you’ve found out the answer to that question.
I’m guessing that sometimes it feels like they’re actively plotting against you. You suspect that they’re planning how to annoy you next (Should I wee on the carpet after she’s taken me outside? Or maybe I could tip over my water bowl for the umpteenth time today..?)
So, take a breath
And then another one. (I can highly recommend the Headspace App!) Remember, this is a puppy, brand new to the world, and to your life. They are trying to figure out how to get food, water, and your love and attention. It’s your job to guide, teach and encourage them to make the choices that best fit into your lifestyle. And I’m here to help you do that.
You may think you’re the only person in the world whose puppy does [insert your puppy problem here]. However chances are it’s a more common issue than you think. If you can’t find an answer to your problem, it will probably be coming soon – but feel free to contact me.
